This cat & polka dotted scarf is nowhere close to being in my budget (especially with my next paycheck already being spoken for and all), but it’s Friday and I feel like dreaming. Just a little bigger and I could wrap myself up in its cashmere deliciousness and get some real dreaming done.
Currently obsessing over this collection of fringed and chained colorful bags by J. J. Winters. I already know where my next paycheck is going: the chain strap clutch. Classic black or vibrant green? What do you think?
A girlish bow dresses up this demure dress. Just begging for a bright clutch in blue or red, isn’t it?
How often is it that you discover a designer with a collection that you can see yourself wearing everyday? Sheridan French‘s vibrant dresses, shorts, and tunics are unique enough for special occasions, but maintain their simplicity and effortlessness for the everyday. Unfortunately, the closest retailer to Memphis is located in Dallas. But that gives me enough time to pinch my pennies before planning a trip! In the meantime, I’ll be reading Sheridan’s blog and shopping for the perfect summer sandals to accompany these pretty dresses.
What do you think of Sheridan French?
I love this Oaxaca tunic and the skirt is pretty great, too. Probably because I have nothing quite like it (or quite as wonderfully embroidered and fringed) in my wardrobe. Where would you wear these boho pieces?
Polka dots and pleated ruffles? Yes, please! Wouldn’t this romantic dress make for the perfect yet slightly unconventional bridesmaid dress? And, by slightly unconventional, I mean not J. Crew (wild – I know).
I’m fairly certain that every stylish collegiate on my cruise was accessorizing her bikini with a fedora or panama hat of some sort. Everyone but me, that is. Join me in dubbing these trendy caps a “summer staple.” They’re the perfect way to hide messy hair and maybe even prevent a few wrinkles – ha ha – while catching some rays. I love this option from J. Crew, don’t you?
