More so than decorating magazines and hardcover books, I like to see homes that real people actually live in – full of rooms that are never quite “finished.” Like this Brooklyn row house belonging to artist Stephen Antonson and author & editor Kathleen Hackett (and sons James & Finn). Filled with flea market finds and salvaged treasures, this home has a certain familiar collected-over-time feeling that can’t be bought. Plus, a robot lamp and an orphaned glove collection. What’s not to love?
It is such a fun house!
Such a neat collection of rooms! And I just learned that tray table in the last photo is known as a “ghost” table. Neat! 🙂
